Hello All BiggerPockets Members ! My name is Ray and I am new to the Real Estate Investing and Wholesaling and I am looking for a mentor willing to give me insight and initially guide me in the Orlando, Florida area. I am ambitious about Real Estate and can not wait to learn the in and outs about this market and dominate it!

Hey Ray. Google Real estate investor meetings in Orlando and find your local meet ups. From there get to know some local investors and try and find some way to bring something to the table in exchange for a little mentoring. It can be anything from grunt work to bird dogging or maybe just make a friend and rely on them for advice. I personally never had a mentor but I did have these forums and a few local investors to help me when I had a question. Hope that helps and feel free to reach out to me if you ever have a question.
