Hey guys, I don't think I have introduced myself. Ive been so busy. But busy is good! Im Kamal. I have started wholesaling and I'm pretty focused on making my first deal. I have ordered my signs, business cards, and built a pretty decent buyers list (about 25 contacts and counting).

I got started by reading the book Flip by Nick Ruiz. Mannn thats a good guide for wholesaling. I recommend beginners and even experienced people to read it. Also open to reading any new books you guys recommend.

Now while I'm waiting for my signs and cards, I'm still trying to find ways to find sellers. I want to get into local publications but I'm past my original budget that I wanted to invest into wholesaling. And yes I know to make money you have to spend money, I know.

Im not saying I won't invest more, I just want to gain more knowledge in what I am investing in and make sure its more efficient. I would love to hear other things you guys do to get sellers?
