Question about 1 house and 2 lots
I may be getting close to my first wholesale deals... I've got a question though. The house is on one lot and has another lot next to it. The tax records show 2 different properties. When I write up a contract, do I need to write up 2 contracts? One for the vacant lot and one for the house and lot? Thanks.
