wholesale opportunity
May be this is a stupid question, but doesn't hurt to ask.
Today I met a commercial agent, trying to sell residential property. I have another agent who's client might be interested in it.
Is this situation called "wholesale" opportunity? How and what do I do?
How do you do a wholesale deal with an agent? Can you do it with an agent? Any other options to get anything out of this type of situation?
