Hello, i have dotted the T's and crossed the I's in starting my RE Wholesale Investing Business. My LLC is formed and i think i have my 1st Deal. I do however need an investor friendly realtor and contractor on my team to help me with comps and repair estimates to help me determine my offer. Anyone willing to help, please let me know at your earliest convenience. I am in Spencer NC. Thanks.
