Hello, I am just starting out in the wholesaling business and I need some really good references for a few key things:

1. Title Company/ Lawyer that understands assignments and double escrow transactions and preferably with 10+ years experience.

2. Bird dogs that want to work with wholesalers with possible profit sharing involved.

3. Cash Buyers who have brought properties within the last 6-12 months and want to work with wholesalers.
