New Wholesaler in Buffalo NY.

I'm Al, and will start wholesaling in Buffalo NY next month. I've done some research and saw that there's a REI meeting every last Wednesday of the month for Western New Yorker's, and I'm looking forward to meeting you guys next week. I have a few questions.

Is there more REI meetings in Buffalo besides the one at ttp://www.wnyrei.com?

What's the average a Buffalo Wholesaler makes on a deal? 

Can you guys direct me to some information that will help me in getting started?
