Hey BP,

I have a yellow letter campaign currently running and on a fair amount of my follow up calls i get people who have their property listed with an agent for 60 days. At this point nicely tell them sorry but i can't buy their property right now while under contract with a realtor, but they are usually very pushy in trying to get a price anyway. How do i nicely get off the call and not ruin the opportunity of what could potentially be motivated seller later down the road?
