How to acquire absentee owner contact info

Hi...

I'm trying to get started as a residential wholesaler. I've observed my 1st target/distressed property in my city that has been vacant for a very long time. Was able to pull up the owners names connected to the property on my City's website. I called City Hall and they were only allowed to give the owners name as well. I welcome any/all suggestions that helps me to legally acquire the contact information of absentee homeowners.
