Title Companies in Charleston, SC
Hey guys im a newbie wholesaler here in Charleston and I was wondering once I get a seller to sign the contract where do I take it? Im reading that in most places you are supposed to take it to an investor freindly title company, but I was told that this is not how it is done is SC. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, what would be an alternative?
Thanks in advance!
