Flooded Property
Hello all,
Not new to the site but I've been gone for a while. Just last week a really nice property flooded during the extreme temperatures we just experienced. I hear the owner hasn't paid the mortgage and will probabku give up on it (no insurance). It's been an empty rental since last spring and is one block from the bay. I believe it is 4 bedrooms and has 3 floors, second nicest house on the block. Should I try to wholesale it? How can I make this an opportunity?
