Here is a property I came across. This would be my first wholesale deal.
Priced to sell immediately.11,500 cash only.buyer responsible for about $800 in taxes for this year.I will do a quit claim deed and go with you to city hall, and bank notory to switch the deed to your name.
How can we get a double close or get the house under contract if a bank notary wants it to move to my name in the deed?
Or does this sound like another wholesaler?
