I want to start wholesaling properties followed by rehab and then retain some rental properties. I have spent some time researching through the web and found this great resource.

I have seen the Mike Collins videos on this site and they were great. I am now looking for seminars and home courses to start my education. I have seen the seminars on fortunebuilders (from CT homes on A&E. They also have a marketing and rehab class in addition to wholesaling) site and they have home study courses as well. Does anyone have any feedback on this or the Mike Collins seminars?

Do some or most people have a real estate license? What advantages are there to having a real estate license?

I know these are broad general questions likely to have varying responses but I would like to see these opinions from those that have the experience.

Thanks
