VM leads by aggressively demanding callers...worth the trouble?
I've been getting a few more voicemails recently by callers adamantly specifying prices on their homes (nowhere near realistic)... is it worth taking the time to try to adjust their perspective, or since they've started off on that foot, better to just refer to a realtor (if possible and relevant) or remove them from the list as mentioned? I'd love to hear some of your thoughts. Thanks!
