Real estate license? Or not
As a wholesaler should I have my real estate license or not? I went to talk with my first buyer at lunch today and they told me it might not be the best idea. Because, I would have to state on every marketing item that I'm a realtor and he said that a lot of people with give me the cold shoulder just because I'm a realtor. Which I have noticed that some people have a sigh of relief when they find out I'm not a realtor. So I can't decide which is better.. To have it and have access to the mls ect, or conduct business without it instead? I would really appreciate any replies thank you!!
