Using Realtors

Hey guys,

I'm wondering if any of you have used a realtor to streamline the offer process in wholesale deals. I'm having trouble handling all of the leads that are coming my way and making an offer in a reasonable time-frame.

Is it common to use a realtor to pull comps, make offers, etc and get paid a commission off of the buy side? The realtor wouldn't be bringing leads or buyers, strictly determining/making offers on the leads that I provide them.

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
