double closing

i am negotiating a deal with a home owner to get it under a contract. Once I get it under contract I would then want to assign it to an end buyer (investor). However I may not want my end buyer nor my end buyer to know how much I actually got the home under contract for (purchase price). Soooooo I would double close right. .... ...how do I keep my end buyer from knowing my spread?!?!
