hard time locating property tax delinquent and code violation list, anyone have suggestions?

This was actually my 2nd day in Cincinnati  .  Looking for delinquent tax and  code violation list. I called last week I was informed that both list are in a certain building but when I got there ever place that I was redirected to said "Nope not here". Im still pushing and searching. But was just wondering does anyone recommend anything? Has anyone actually obtain these list from their city/town.I see ppl put these 2 tthings on there finding motivated sellers list often but are ppl really finding the list?
