how to use MLS access to my advantage
Hello everyone,
Im not new to real estate but I am still a novice. I took a break from it for a while and this will be my first time doing it alone. I live in New Jersey and would like to focus my business in the North Jersey area. Im starting out with wholesaling because it's the best way for me to get in the game without losing my head. I have access to the MLS from a friend but the thing is I don't know how to use it at all. I know I have a head start over others with having access to it. What I want to do is pin point where all the cash sales are being done in my area so I will know the exact spot to find my deals for buyers. My question is how do I do this in the NJ MLS. Everything is so confusing and I don't understand the abbreviations. Also I wanted to put up bandit signs but it seems flooded everywhere. Is it worth it to still use bandit signs when there already a flood of them around? I already bought them a year back and don't want them going to waste. Thanks guys in advance.
