2015 Wholesale Goals!

I'd like to start a thread for everyone's goals in wholesaling in 2015.

I'll start! In 2015, I hope to stay consistent in marketing and hope to close at least 5 deals. I plan to accomplish this by staying consistent with my marketing and with a 500X6X6 direct mail campaign (500 leads, touch them six times, once every six weeks). Every two months I would like to start a new DR campaign so there will be some overlap however I believe that will help to keep me consistent. This schedule will leave me marketing to four seperate lists in the year of 2015 and will carry me right into 2016.

My DR campaign will look like this:

First lead list of 500: (i.e. absentee owners)

Mail them first touch (i.e. yellow letter) Jan 2nd

Second touch- February 13th

Third Touch- March 27th

Fourth Touch- May 8th

Fifth Touch- June 19th

Sixth and Final Touch- July 31st

Second lead list of 500: (i.e. probate leads)

Mail them first touch (i.e. yellow letter, lumpy mail, postcard etc.) March 2nd

Second Touch- April 13th

Third touch- May 25th

Fourth Touch- July 6th

Fifth Touch- August 10th

Sixth And Final Touch- September 21st

Third Lead List of 500:

Mail them first touch May 2nd

Second Touch- June 13th

Third Touch- July 25th

Fourth Touch- September 5yh

Fifth Touch- October 3rd

Last Touch- November 21st

Fourth Lead List of 500:

First Touch- July 2nd

Second Touch- August 13th

Third Touch- September 24th

Fourth Touch- November 5th

Fifth Touch- December 17th

Sixth and fiiiiiiiinal touch for my DR campaigns of 2015!!!!!! January 28th (2016)

In addition to this DR campaign, I would also like to work on building our brands online presence by developing our business website and working on SEO (which I know VERY little about believe is the way that advertising is going).

wow that's pretty extensive of a to do list but my thoughts are that if you are mailing out that many letters I would hope that your closing percentage is more that what you anticipated.  5 Closes in 12 mo to me just seems like more hassle than anything.  Now don't get me wrong those 5 closings are better than talking about getting involved in this Biz but never taking action.  I will take 5 closings any day, but for me, my goals are as follows....

I plan to ramp up my direct mail to a huge number hitting not only 1500 absentee owners here in my local ZIP but to also hit a good probate list that I have acquired off of the public record site in my county and I have gotten about 150 of those last month for times from July to Nov. I hit these mailers every 4 weeks to keep my brand name fresh in their minds. I got a great Probate MailDrip from my local REIA Head Honcho and last month i sent the first mailers and got a few calls already. Tomorrow I am sending out the second letter and I plan to do the same as you and hit each list for AT LEAST 6mo. Just food for thought though I plan on making sure that in my LAST 2 LETTERS to use the VERBIAGE " If you aren't wanting to sell right now please keep this letter and call me when you are."

OK so for my deals I plan on Scaling my Wholesaling Biz upto at least 8-10/mo(this year I have averaged 3-4)(and only started in July)  I also plan on doing 4 or more Flips.  I continue to build my buyers list, Private money Lenders List, and other Wholesalers to network with.
