Hello BP!

I'm fairly new to the wholesaling. For the past couple of months, I've been doing extensive research from listening to podcast, to reading and surfing the web. After listening to podcasts, I heard investors talk about VA's (Virtual Assistants). Some of the guests on these shows speak highly of their VA's and recommended getting one ASAP.

Here’s the link to one that I last listened to: http://louisvillegalsrealestateblog.com/brian-haskins-using-virtual-assistants-to-grow-your-business

So, I hired my first VA (Virtual Assistant) 3 weeks ago and it's not bad. Her tasks are to use multiple online resources to gather leads for my direct mail campaigns. She enters those into Excel spreadsheets (based on criteria that I ask for) and she produces a ton of FREE leads on a weekly basis (hundreds). From there, I filter out who I will be sending yellow letters to or who will receive postcards.

So what’s the problem?! I feel like I’m not doing anything. I know I am, but not as much as I was before when I was a one woman show. Is that because I freed up so much time from lead generation?

For anyone who has utilized VA's (or not), do you have any advice on what I can do with my spare time? Or, is this the way it's expected to be? Leaving the tedious time consuming work for an assistant while you focus on the major tasks.

Thanks
