Philadelphia wholesaling - Title Company & Transfer tax??

hello BP,

Can anyone recommend a reputable title company in philly for wholesalers? Someone that will do contract assignments...

Also, I have heard that there is a double transfer tax owed on contract assignments in the state of PA.    Does anyone know how to avoid this?  Or are philly wholesalers paying this tax when assigning contracts?
