Agreement Between Wholesalers

I am about to send a comps package and info to another wholesaler to potentially partner up with them or hand over the info for a finders fee.

I have spoken to the seller and have all the intel but I'm nervous about handing everything over without paperwork.

This is my first opportunity so I'm willing to give up more to understand and learn but I still want to protect myself from the wholesaler going behind my back and making an offer.

Does anyone have any simple paperwork or advice?

Thanks!

Mark
