Looking for an Online free site to create property flyers

Hi everyone,

I hope you can help me...

I've been looking for a free site (or for a small fee) where can create a property flyer to market my wholesale deals. I currently use Postlets which is excellent however the problem I have is that they require you to either check off as the Owner of the property or as the R/E agent selling it and I am neither and therefore don't want to misrepresent myself.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Does anyone one know of another site I can use that does not require representation disclosure?

I would greatly appreciate it as I am flipping a lot of props and have come up against this issue a couple times with sellers finding out which is not cool.
