As you may already know I am new to wholesaling real estate so I went call my local title agency to ask a couple questions and they were more than happy to help. Even emailed me a  contract of agreement for free and invited me to come and walk me through the wholesaling process. Now that's service especially when your new to the game just wanted to say when your on a budget get creative and no question is a dumb question.

Hi @Eric Gulley

If you are pleased w a title company (and have no financial incentive) I dont think @Brandon Turner or @Jon Holdman would mind you disclosing a website and contact name.
