Newbie to Wholesaling

Allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Steve Holifield and I live in Crestview FL (30 miles from Destin).  I am retired military.  I am brand new and just got my first property under contract last night.  I go here in a couple hours to open up escrow on the property.  My problem now is trying to find a cash buyer in my area.  If anyone knows any Cash investors who buy property wholesale I would be very grateful.
