wholesale deal in which subject property has existing lien with bank
Hi,
this may seem totally insignificant, but it was brought to my attention that if a lender (like wells or fannie) holds the lien on a subject property in am trying to wholesale, they (the lender) won't like or even accept the buyer being "...and/or assigns"
i dont see how they would care since they'd be getting paid back in full...or am i missing something?
cheers
