Putting an option on a wholesalers contract... Or some should call it co-wholesaling

Hey everyone. I have just left a property and the wholesaler who has that property under contract with a seller, but doesn't have a buyers list. So he has said that if I wanted to bring my list of buyers to the table and I can sell the property then so be it. He wants me to send him an OPTION to his existing contract with my purchase price. Now of course what I sell it for over that is my cut but I have never cowholesaled a property nor have I written an option to put on an existing contract. Please help me on what I need to do and where I can get that option form!!! Thanks for your input.
