Holding costs
I've negotiated a certain property and I'm in the process of putting it under contract. The property needs a lot of rehab, so I know that my buyer once he buys it, it's going to take a while to get it all fixed up. What is the proper way to determine holding costs so we know how much is being spent while the house is being repaired?
