Protecting my Investor list -When showing a co-wholesaler's property
How can wholesaler protect their investor/buyer list when showing a co-wholesaler's property. For example: the property has no lock box or when the wholesaler who has control is required to be present at showing. Is there a way to ensure that the other person does not try to take future deals directly to your investors circumventing you in the process.
Is there way to prevent this when you wholesale when virtual wholesaling in other markets.

I have been in this exact situation before. It really came down to trust (or a roll of the dice lol) I had a co wholesaler meet the owner of the home and the owner started asking all kinds of questions but the co wholesaler told the owner he has to go through me. When you find a relationship like that, it makes for many good deals down the road. We have done a couple deals now.
