Anyone doing Direct Marketing for Vacant Land in Louisiana?

I'm just getting started doing direct marketing to tax delinquent owners for vacant land after listening to @Seth Williams podcast a while back and doing some research of my own. I've got my list together and am building out a postcard template now, I just wanted to see if there were other people doing this in Louisiana and see how it's going.
