Any of you Massachusetts Wholesalers willing to share what you use for an offer , P&S, and, Assignment contract(s)? I know Massachusetts is very specific on what needs to be stated in their contracts/agreements.

Thanks in Advance

Hi @Kelly K. . Welcome to BP! You can download the contract to purchase that I use on the resources page on my blog (website is in my signature below). I use this when I'm dealing directly with sellers. I don't use a P&S and this contract is assignable. Please make sure to have your attorney review the contract before you use it!

Good luck.  Oh, and feel free to let me know if you get something under contract and need a buyer.  :)
