Hey guys, my name is Jaccob and I am 22. I am just starting out, and I've been reading at least one book a day about wholesaling,  and I'm very excited to get started. It seems wholesaling is very simple, (putting home on contract, then assigning that contract to a buyer for an assignment fee)

Being so young though (22) I'm afraid people are going to be reluctant on letting me put their home on contract, any ideas on what I should do to make then more comfortable?

Also, I've been looking for a mentor, but everywhere I look, they want me to pay 2000+ for a class (scott yancey etc.) And I'm not going to pay for a class when I can just read a book.

You are young, hungry, full of energy, and anxious to make your mark on the world, Why wouldn't anyone want to do business with someone like that.

You are only young once - take advantage of that.  When you are old and crusty like me you can take advantage of your experience.
