Positioning oneself to assist owner/seller for profit
Current events: I have the opportunity to work with the owner/seller of 160+ acres.
Deal Characteristics:
- Oil producing
- 70 Acres currently rented by farmer
- Mature timber (veneer stock)
- Sits at along river
- Bumps up against park system
Questions:
- Although I am not a realtor/agent , how must I position myself (Documents, etc.)?
- Could I put the land under contract (Is this the same as obtaining interest in the land via an option)?
Any and all advise is appreciated.
