hi,

wanted to know how to get expired listings from real estate

agents . i have send numerous mailings and even suggested

will pay for expired listings but no response yet . is there a another

option that i could use to get expired listings to send mailings to

puzzled in houston need a solution

What are you offering the agent do help you purchase the expired property? Agents will be looking for a commission, not just a finders fee. Have them negotiate on your behalf and offer a 2% commission on the purchase price. That type of offer will get an agent's attention. Disclosure: I am a real estate agent.
