There are many good wholesalers. If you go to meetings in the area there are normally multiple quality wholesalers present. Also, any sign saying "I buy houses" or something in that genre is probably written by a wholesaler. You can call the number and ask to be put on their list. It helps to specify the property type you are looking for as well.
