WHOLESALING FNMA/banks
i was recently talking to a broker about wholesaling property. I've been searching and marketing and getting listings from different realtors. i came across a great deal on a 2 unit that would be a great investment and wanted to put a contract on it but i was recommended not because they wouldn't allow a double closure at the closing. and I'm trying to figure out how true that is and what about bank owned properties also?
