Hello Fellow Investors.

I just received a call from another wholesaler who needs help finding an end buyer. The wholesaler states they will compensate me a finders fee for finding the buyer but I want to have something in writing.

Is there a partnership contract that will allow two wholesalers to get paid separately on a deal?
