So I have a situation just trying to figure the best way to go about it! Need some help! I have 2 houses both same owner, that I'm wholesaling I'm the middle man. On the other end I have a buyer that wants both should I get the properties under one contract 30k for both and close both at the same time to save some money. Or should I get two separate contacts one for each home just to be safe 11k one contract 19k one contract Thanks
