Wholesaling Contracts in South Carolina

Hey, guys. This is my first post on BP and I want you to know I appreciate everyone here and appreciate the sight. I am looking for folks who wholesale real estate (private sellers, assignments) and what kind of forms a wholesaler would use. For example, the form between myself and the seller and the form between myself and the end buyer. If anyone could help me out I would sooooooo much appreciate it. Thx again to everyone.

Hi @Kevin Bain !

Another BP member said that Kevin Brady (864-233-7200) is an attorney who deals with wholesaling. He may be able to guide you in contracts. FlipThisWholesaler.net (no affiliation, just like her site) has free contracts on the right sidebar. Maybe you could print those out, and set up a consult with the above attorney and have him look over them with you.

Good Luck!
