New to Wholesaling – Open to JV and Learning
Hey BP Community,
I'm based in Temple, Texas, and just getting started in wholesaling. I'm looking to connect with experienced wholesalers or investors who are open to sharing knowledge, mentorship, or even JV opportunities.
I’m not looking for handouts—I’m willing to hustle, bring value, and learn the business the right way. Whether it’s helping with cold calling, driving for dollars, building buyer lists, or handling follow-up, I’m ready to put in the work and earn my stripes.
My background is in project management, so I’m used to staying organized, managing moving parts, and seeing things through. I eventually want to run my own deals, but right now my focus is on learning and adding value wherever I can.
If you’re open to connecting or mentoring, I’d love to chat. Thanks in advance to anyone who’s willing to help a motivated beginner get started.
Let’s connect and make something happen.

Hey Saul. I don't have any pointers on wholesaling, but I have a client base of investors looking to purchase properties. I am a property manager in the Killeen market looking for 2 things that are tied together. The first is I am looking to grow in number of managements and the second is to help my current investors acquire more properties. The second also achieves the first.
Our relationship would be symbiotic. When you find a property, my clients could buy them. Or if you find a property and then you sell it to an investor who needs a property manager, you could refer them to my company. At which point we would pay you a referral fee. It's a connection that is a win-win every time, we work together.
