Corperate structures? Staffing needs?

Good evening all...Hope you are all well. If any of you could give me an idea of a corporate structure for a small/medium size wholesaling operation that would be very much appreciated. I'm applying for an E2 visa and researching realistic staffing options. Obviously I'll be starting alone (and a lot depends on how ambitious I am and how hard I'll work) but how quickly might I require a staff. Furthermore what typically is required first marketing or admin skilled employees. There seems to be very little public information on this and fairly few case-studies. ANY ADVISE OR INSIGHT WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. THANK YOU ALL.
