Newbie Boston,MA Wholesaler ( Suffolk County)

Hello BP Community,

My name is Mark and I have been surfing the site for almost the last year or so; educating myself on the ins and outs of the wholesaling business. BP has been amazing for me!

I just sent out my first marketing campaign in the Suffolk county area of Boston MA. I had a really good lead come in today, that I believe may be a good deal. My question is when I am ready to get this deal under contract do I need to fill out an offer to purchase form and a P&S since I live in the state of Massachusetts? I heard MA is a 2 form state? The house is owned free and clear. Thank you!
