Speaking To Wholesales That Work With Realtors

How do contracts work in this situation? If we have our own assignable contract, how does that interact with an agent using their standard contract? I might be overthinking it, but I’m curious about how it all comes together.

Your wholesale contract is the first contract that is assignable to the next contract. If an agent brings a client and buys the wholesale deal, their standard contract is the second contract that the original contract is being assigned to. The provisions in the second contract govern the final close so you have to check for discrepancies that would invalidate your contract's provisions with the seller.

Jonathan, just to clarify the process: After I get seller under contract t, I then find the end buyer, and the second contract is between the agent and the end buyer. Is that correct?

If this is how it works, do I ever go through the title company like I would in a normal wholesale transaction? Or how does the title process work in this scenario?
