Air AI - cold calling system

i am thinking in setting up an Air AI, for called calling leads and lead generation. 
was wondering if someone has been using it here and have any feedbacks?

Based on my experience, using AI for cold calling isn’t the best approach for a few reasons:

Been looking into these AI call systems too so would love to hear perspectives as well. I had a call with Simpletalk a few months ago and seemed pretty interesting but haven't pulled the trigger yet as it is costly.

I know services do white labels and people brand it into their own AI call services, which mean a lot of these AI calls may actually be the same service...

They have different pricing... but I am wondering if someone used that for cold calling... I understand there is some regulation on this because it's consider as robocall. It's working well for inbound... but not sure if it's can be used for Outland calls

I’d be careful with outbound AI cold calling due to regulations. You want a platform that has built in TCPA protections as well as a multiple communication channels besides voice such as SMS and email.

We have had a had few AI cold calling SaaS companies reach out to us looking for partnership opportunities. But in addition to what @Amanda Smith says, here's the issue:

Most of our users are focused on outbound marketing strategies...AI cold calling as of now violates TCPA (I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice). They say you MUST have consent or opt-in to be able to call using AI. EVEN THEN, You are suppose to disclose at the very beginning of the call that the entity they are talking to is an AI bot. 

Which IDK about you but as soon as I hear that disclosure, I'm OUT. 

Now according to some who push these services they say that they get consent from the people they reach out to since these are inbound leads. But again, you are suppose to disclose to the receiver that they are talking to an AI bot at the beginning of EACH call...

I am willing to bet that 90% of these companies pitching their SaaS AI Chat GPT wrapped bot are not being compliant with TCPA laws, nor are they disclosing this to their users or having them agree to it. 

So use at your own risk. Better yet, hire a VA if you don't want to do your own calls.

Adding to what already been discussed from actual experience with my clients some tried to use AI service beside cold calling becuz of the hype surrounding it and as result they just became more convinced about humane cold calling. Some even left and came back to use our services later when they weren't satisfied with the results.
