Deployed military and getting out soon

I'm currently deployed overseas and I'm getting out in six months. I'm going to be jumping straight into wholesaling once I return stateside in NC. My question is, what are some things I can do now to start my wholesaling business so I'm ready to kick things off once I'm back in the states? I know networking is the biggest in this niche, has anyone had any success via online networking with real estate agents, title companies, etc...? Any other advice is absolutely welcomed!
