JV and sharing my properties that are under contract with someone else.
I am in contact with someone I met through Facebook. He says he has Cash buyers in (State), and is will to work under JV. Would it be possible to share my properties that I have under contract to him without him swooping them from me. Another question, is this something that happens often.

You are ready to share deals that you worked hard to put under contract with someone on Facebook? Have you seen the show Catfish? All sarcasm aside, no, please stop, and don't do this. Why do you even want to do this? If you want to JV your wholesale deals you want to do it with someone you know, like, and trust over time and have met in person.
