I am in contact with someone I met through Facebook. He says he has Cash buyers in (State), and is will to work under JV. Would it be possible to share my properties that I have under contract to him without him swooping them from me. Another question, is this something that happens often.

I have a few possible deals lined up just awaiting the rights contract. But I want to build a buyers list first. Any tips?
