How to network with agent for wholesale?

I am a new real estate investor in fremont california. I want to make a network with agents that can give me access to distressed properties but having a harsh time on networking pls help me and guide me. I'd appreciate any advice

If you are planning to wholesale agents are not going to send you properties. You need to find the deals off market yourself. Can't use the MLS or do daisy chains off other people. As an agent if I had an good off market deal I would take it to an end buyer not a wholesaler.

Thanks sir but How about I give a really good fee to the agent as finder fees and they can close the deals fast with no hassles so Will they consider working with us

Cold call agents, and build up your IG and socialmedia presence. IG is prob the most relevant social media platform with a decent messaging capabilities.  TT and Youtube also, but you'd have to funnel them to IG to be able to effectively DM.  

FB and Linkedin are good too. They are generally for older people.
