Hi Everybody ... Awhile back I was surfing the web reading everything I saw about wholesaling real estate. I had already decided to start my R.E. Investing career with wholesaling. I knew I had to give in and just decide which package to buy. ... THEN I found Bigpockets: I said Finally! I found what I was looking for; my enthusiam shot up 200%. Anyway; I could go on for a long time.

I am new to bigpockets and I have a question. Where are you getting your assignment contracts, between you and the investor, from? Are you writing them or do you have an Attorney do it?
